She has done Master in commerce .
she is applying for an IT related NOC code for Canada PR and she will he able to.produce an notary letter signed by her manager stating and confirming her IT roles and responsibilities .
she has been working in same company for.last 5 years.
This is her first job as well. The company has denied to give any letter confirming the roles and responsibilities on letter head Hence she is seeking support from her immediate manger
My Question is in the above case will she face her risk as her Qualification is not relevant to her work experience and also she is unable to produce the roles and responsibilities on company letter head
