Canada Express Entry - Change in Age affecting CRS points

Hello All,

I am Vinay Bongarala and I have submitted my application for the Canada Express Entry in Apr 2019.
My application completion date was 20th Oct 2019, but I did not get any response on the same.
So on 1st Feb 2020, I have requested for the GCMS notes.
I got my GCMS notes today and I have observed the following comment in that:

"Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS score at invitation to apply (ITA) 462 CRS points minimum score for round: 457 CRS score at application (APR): 456 Total CRS points assessed: 412/ Verified CRS score: 412. I have reviewed the following for CRS points"

Can anyone help me understand this. As per my understanding it looks like, since my age changed my score dropped 6 points from 462 to 456 and the cut off at that time was 457 so I missed the cut off by 1 point.

thats normal when birthday falls between ita and apr. points will reduce but it will not result in rejection. you should be more concerned about why they only assessed 412 points. what does the rest of the note say.

The GCMS document that I got is a scanned copy i think so I am neither able to select any text nor copy that.
I have typed down the latest summary notes and that are as follows:
Officer review required re change in age between ita and e-apr, exemption policy applied as per A25.2(1) Current CRS score falls below minimum score for round due to change in age between ita and e-apr dates. Review required for funds Please see edoc#------ See SBI AA11.2

Please let me know if I am looking at the correct notes

you have a review required for proof of funds. review required cases take a long time.
