if i go to canadian embassy in islamabad will i get any information or can i talk to the high commissioner about my file because its been so long i applied i want to go embassy now will they let me to talk to them i wana know this????????????

I doubt they'll let you talk to the commissioner directly because he has more important things to do in his life. Besides there are other people who have equally important priority for their visas if not more important and have been waiting longer than you have.
You could possibly speak to someone who handles visas specifically and see if you get a feedback.
