Canada doesn't recognize 3 year long graduation?

I have read several places and it seems like if I want to do MA there, I would first have to get a BA + MA here, to get admission in their Masters program, because there the graduation is 4 year long, so they don't recognize Indian graduation if it is 3 year long, and only recognize it as graduation once you do your MA too.

So right now I am in final year of BA, so does that mean I would have to do MA too, so that I can apply for Master's course there?

No some Canadian university offer a 1year pre master course if the bachelor degree duration is 3years they will ask you to do the one year course and then you can get into a master program
