Maybe someone was in the same situation and can help.
I had my pgwp and was receiving CCB for my son the whole time.
In February 2024 my work permit has expired and for around one month I was on implied status waiting for my new work permit (It was not an extension of pgwp, just different kind of WP).
The Child benefits has stopped.
Sometime In March 2024 I have received new work permit so I called CRA to ask how can I update my files. They advised to log into my CRA account and upload my new work permit. So, I did of course.
It's been 4 months now and I am still not getting any payments and when I call to check on the status they just telling me to wait.
Is there anything else I can do?
I am desperate for help here.
