Hi, there! I am re-applying for a Canada Visitors Visa, through my agent. She was asking for my biometrics number indicated in my old BIL letter. That letter was gone and I could no longer locate it. My old gckey account has been revoked. Is there a way to retrieve this number? Is it needed for my future applications in Canada? All I have is my UCI number which I think is enough.
