Can you use self serve kiosk without a pr card at airport?

Don't have a valid pr card. Was granted a prtd. So can I use the self serve kiosk or do I have to go to the officer?

Last time when I was there, I need to scan the passport and then the pr card. What is the case with prtd? Scan passport and secondly prtd or something else?

You will probably need to present yourself to the primary inspection line officer.
