Hi everyone , my family and I are looking to move to Canada. My husband has a felony from 2006. Procession of controlled substance cocaine less than a gram. It was a very stupid mistake that he is not proud of. My question is since it will be 10 years June 2017 since he finished probation would he be deemed rehabilitated or would he need to put in a application for Rehabilitation? If he does would he qualify? He has nothing on his record since , this was when be was 18 . I have a clean record. Would it be possible for us and our 3 kids or obtain PR?
