Can you email additional photos? Would they add them to the file? Also, if someone forgets to send the full information (i.e. first and lastname, date of birth, UCI,... would sending uci and file number on the envelop letter be enough?
Do they scan the envelop or keep it?

I dont think Embassy will entertain anything via email by the applicant unless and until they request you to send by email.Always its recommended to write UCI and File Number on the envelop/package and cover letter if one is sending any documents/paper work to the Embassy so that they place the package with your file.....

They don't want you to send them additional stuff unless there is an important change such as marital status change (from common in law to married), new child born, name, address and phone number changes.

If they need extra documents or information they will contact you.

It's better keep your photos with you, if you call you for an interview you will bring them with you.

No - they won't accept them. If you want to add photos to your file, you will have to print them and mail them to the VO in hard copy.

I added some pictures when i notified them that i went from Common Law to Married, but i don't know if they are actually going to do anything with those.
