I have a general question

I am going to apply for a one-year work permit after one year study.

is it difficult to renew the work permit after one year?

Yes - it's quite difficult to extend the work permit.

To be able to extend your work permit, you will need to obtain a full time job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer will also need to obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA process is long and expensive. Unfortunately most employers aren't willing to go through it.

Sure - you can extend it (or more accurately, apply for a close work permit). But again, you need an approved LMIA. These are very difficult to get.
