Can we visit CPP Ottawa office in person???

Friends, please dont kill me for this dumb question but was just curious to know if there was a possibility to atleast visit the CPP Ottawa office?

Yes to complete landing procedure after you get your PR
But you need to take appointment for that
I am not sure if you can get appointment for any other purpose.

In-person help by appointment only. Once your application has been received, CIC will contact you to schedule an appointment if deemed necessary by the processing office.

Refugee claims can be made between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
