Can we send another appl. when you have already sent one?????

Hi Guys
Once agn need yer help...well have committed same mistake twice and now waiting for my appl. to return fr the 2nd time.
I have mentioned in the form for " Visa office requested- Sydney NS whereas shud hv mentioned Ndelhi."
My lawyer is saying we can send another appl. and dat will create two scenarios:
1. My previous appl. will come back as scheduled cz we answerred the visa office reuested in a wrong way.
2. If CIC send a file no. ignoring my mistake, then my lawyer says we can write a withdrawal application and ask for the withdrawing of the neew one.

Now my question is - is it ok to do this???? wont this create contradiction, confusion etc which may result in refusal of my candidature???He says dat its a possibility dat 38 POL may change so we need to act fast and theres no problem in sending another one.

I have asked him to wait as i need advice on this
SO pls guys seniors adivce and help me out on this...

My advice if u r sure they will return it send a new one, otherwise u have to wait until they send ur application back = u will loss time

Thanks masem fr d advice...waiting is d problem dats why he is urging to send it right away...my question is can we withdraw applications dat easy when u have two sent (1st one i sent on 2ndSep 09 and till nw nt even DD has been encashed)..so guys cmon i need some more view points and help on this..
Its really urgent...Pls helpppp....

i saw one case here where he sent 2 applications to the CIO and they returned to him the second application saying that their records indicates that they already have application for him,

man, send another application, don't wait
