I don't think it's possible. This will allow some kind of "discrimination". People will be treated in borders based on the title willingly or unwillingly.

I'm not sure I understand, BLT. Never heard about Waited Too Long WLT acronym. It's just unfortunate you used an acronym that is offensive. That's all. I understand it wasn't your intension, but nevertheless it means what it means.

No you can't put any title on any GOV ID. some other countries do but not Canada. ( Discrimination )
