Can we just send CIC the link to our WES ECA report for them to view online?

Instead of waiting for WES to send the ECA report back to us across the world (including expense of return postage), only for us to forward the paper copy of report to CIC.... It just adds to the time-wasting before we can send the completed application pack!

Seems a bit redundant if we can just send CIC an access code to view our ECA report online?

I mean, they're still going to check the paper report that we send against the online one anyway to make sure they match

only original is acceptable. without ECA report original your application will be considered as incomplete sothat they will back the package and hence after resubmission you may loose the cap limit. Be careful! be wise!

So that looks like, after sending the uni stuff,waiting for eval., waiting for it to be returned, then forwarding my whole app to Sydney,NS... looks doubtful they'd receive it before late May
I have everything ready to go except no ECA.

DAMN, I hope this is not gonna cause me to miss out on the cap for my NOC.

At least you'd hope that 1000 applications in one NOC would take longer than 1 month to fill,right ?

That probably depends on your NOC. I was advised to not file if I could not get everything ready for the whole packet to be sitting at the CIO office within this upcoming week since I am in a popular NOC.

I was under the impression that this year all the caps have gone from 500 per NOC to 1000 per NOC...
