should i fill the form with pen ???

all forms are fillable.. but few country specified forms are not fillable so should so should i get them print and then fill it with blackpen..

Of course you can....in fact that's the preferred colour... :)

I think your question is concerned with whether you can fill the forms by hand instead of on the computer, not specifically with the colour of the ink? The answer is yes: you are not required to fill the forms on the computer. Indeed many applicants who attempt to complete them on the computer (myself included) find they have to supplement the typescript with manual additions.
 
The only advantage to completing the forms online is the ability to have the form validated online. This will produce a barcode at bottom of forms. This will help CIC gather your information on the forms faster, reducing mistakes by CIC by removing their efforts in retyping the information again into the system.

Yes, the Form 1344 and 0008 is preferred to be electronically filled in order to produce the barcodes after validation. You can fill the others in Black INK.
