Can we file another file (for same applicant) while first is in process?

Somebody told me that if we want to file another application then we will have to withdraw the first one. Is it true??? Or we can file more than one applications (with same applicant name) at same time.

You can run 2 applications for processing concurrently. The Visa Office will advise you in case they need you to withdraw one. No need to do it on your own.
