Can we enter from any port of entry ?

Hi !

I received my passport with immigrant visa affix today. It was long journey and finally time has come to prepare for landing.

Question about landing, can I land from any port of entry to Canada? When I initially filed my application, my destination was Calgary, AB in my application but the things have been changed so far in course of application process, does it matter to land from any port of entry to Canada? I planning to head BC.

hi BCGUY,
i have submitted my documents to manila march 27 and i'm still waiting for my AOR.
my daughter just graduated in college and is taking the nursing board this june. will it affect my application for FSW? will it be faster for her to go to vancouver if she applies on her own as a new graduate in nursing?
