I really really need your advices with regard to my situation.
My wife applied for the PGWP in May 2022 (she got a full-time permanent job in June 2022). I and my kids also applied to extend the SOWP & study permit respectively in Aug 2022. We are all waiting for the final decisions on our application. The expiry date of our existing study permits & open work permit is 30 Sep 2022. Due to an urgent personal matter, we need to leave Canada for our home country for 2 weeks. But we are worried that we will not allow to continue working in Canada if we leave Canada now. Because we could not wait for the decision on our current applications, can we do flagpole to obtain the PGWP (for my wife), SOWP (for me) and study permits (for our kids) at the border?
