I have a question. I just applied for my 3rd step to federal government under ontario PNP. I want to know once i receive the file number, can i continue to study at a university since my fees will become domestic?? I am currently working full time under post graduate work permit and dont have a valid stuidy visa. Will i need to apply for a new study visa or just the buffalo file number is good and legal way to study???
