Can supervisa holder get B1 or B2 visa while they staying in Canada?
If answer is yes what kind a documentation required so the person can bring all the documents from back home.

Sure they can try applying like anyone else although having a supervisa unlikely to influence any application as opposed to home country passport.

All the details are on the US website plus assume how to make an appointment at a consulate for the interview. Possibly easier to apply whilst in home country if that is an option.

B1/B2 applicants needs to prove that they have established residence. Proving that from a country that is not your permanent residence is more difficult than home country, but obviously not impossible.
Most applicants are not asked for any documents. They need to justify what they want to do in the US and prove that they will return. Strong ties such as family, employment, property etc. help. Any supporting documentation related to strong ties will help.
