can son of my mothers brother can serve as a relative in canada?

According to website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-adaptability.asp

grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew), who is living in Canada (its ok)

but according to document checklist form IMM5612E there is no such relation given.
