Should this be in company letterhead or in plain paper is enough?

Thanks.. experience letter from company should be in letterhead.

If we are planning to get detailed roles and responsibilities from a colleague in the format that CIC needs, can that be in plain paper.. or should that also be in the company letterhead?

It looks more formal if it is on a company letterhead. So try to get all your official documents on a letterhead.
