I got Refusal today.. Timeline is in my signature

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied
that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable.
Refused under R216(1)(b).

How should I address this issue if I apply again.

1990 Born
MBA completed 2011
9 YearWork Exp in HR field
Have Valid TRV but never traveled to Canada before
Applied PG HR Conestoga College

Order GCMS notes but given you have a MBA why do you need to do a PG at a Canadian college in HR. Also you have HR work experience so a PG makes no sense. How does it help your career in your home country? Is there no program you can take in your home country since HR practices are Canadian focused.

Yeah I am ordering GCMS notes and till then will figure out what to do and how to reapply.

All valuable suggestions have already given above you have to make a strong SOP and focus on how this course will benefit you because the hurdle is that Canadian HR & Compliance are not followed in India, so put strong emphasis on this.
