I understand that the jobs duties should match, one of a friend he did different jobs duties but still got the matching ones on the letter what happens in this case then?

Um... you mean, misrepresentation, fraud? If he is caught, he could be banned from Canada...

Hi,

I was working in Toronto on WP from 29-Jun-2013 till 18-Sep-2015. I am expecting my ECA by mid of Apri-2018 and would submit my profile by 30-Apr-2018. Want to check whether I am eligible for CEC ? My doubt is 36 months backward from 30-Apr-2018 would be 30-Apr-12015. So from 01-May-2015 till 18-Sep-2015 will be less than 12 months. If I am not eligible for CEC then I should opt for FSWP

Cheers

I have 18 years of work experience and will mention that in my resume. during this period I was working in 3 companies. Do I have to show Work Experience Certificate for complete 18 years or just for last 10 years from the date of submitting the profile

The Express Entry system is a computerized system that will assess your qualifications - if you are eligible for a program, it will tell YOU. If you receive an ITA, it will tell you which program you are invited to apply to. You don't choose.

But - correct, you are not eligible for CEC - if you are eligible, it will be for the FSW program (or FST).

IRCC does not consider anything older than 10 years. You need to provide documentation for eligible work experience for the past 10 years. See "proof of work experience" -

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

You do not submit a resume with your application.
