Can someone check these duties for NOC 2171 (jes_ON, PMM, scylla) please?

Hello,

One of my friend's who is an Intra Country Transferee on NOC 2171 was not able to produce the reference letter with duties for NOC - 2171 and he applied in August 2014. Somehow his manager in Canada agreed to write a letter for him with duties for Noc 2171 as follows:

• Working with the Business analysts, Solution Architects and/or Programmer analysts to translate the customer requirements into a requirement document.
• Technical feasibility analysis of requirement gap in the new product and suggesting work around solution liaising with lead.
• Involved in analysis of gap and classifying the delta based on complexity. Sizing of delta with configuration lead.
• Analysing the business purpose of scripts used in the existing system with Operations department and its feasibility analysis with the new system and produce analysis report.
• Provided walkthrough/presentation of new software product functionality overview with Project support team & Business transformation team.
• Provided training and knowledge sharing for programmer analysts on new software application and configurations

His job title is Configuration analysts and technical specialist and NOC - 2171.
The letter will not be on his company letterhead(since the manager cant get it) but the manager will also enclose his business card so CIC can contact him.

Please check and let me know if the duties look okay for NOC - 2171. Thanks

well - if this is the one and only letter he can get, then it will probably be OK in the long run. But - "classifying and sizing of delta" ? I don't understand that, a VO won't either.

It's pretty jargon-y, not written for the layperson.

Keep in mind, this is the lead statement for the NOC - if the VO cannot easily see this in the job description, there may be delays while it goes to review.
