Can Seneca's 8 months 2 terms post graduated certificate be counted extra points

Anyone knows if this program can be counted as the extra points for education in EE? or has to be the one year program.....since the subject i am interested in only have this 8 months program....

THE 8Months program would be counted as 1YEAR
