Can Quebec PR look for a job in Federal region ?

We are 3 people from India looking out for Immigration to Quebec and have few queries which are listed below. Kindly help us in addressing these queries.

1. Once we get PR and land in Quebec region of Canada like Montreal, can we work in Federal region like Toronto?
2. working in Federal government region is allowed with PR from Quebec, if so will there be any issues when processing for Canadian Citizenship after 3 years time frame?
3. Children education in French province will be taught only in French as medium of instruction? Will there be English teaching schools for kindergarten?
4. I want to understand if there are schools where medium of teaching is in English for kindergarten, if so are they free for people under PR status?
5. What are the average salaries paid for an IT professional?
6. With PR status, can we visit US without any visa for a tourist visit?

Regrets, I'm unaware. However, ability to speak French is pretty much a requirement with most employers.

I have a similar question. I got my PR through Express Entry in Sep 2017 in Toronto. I have lived outside Canada for a few months now while I was looking for a job. Now (Feb 2018) I have a job offer from Montreal and I am wondering if my FSW PR will have any issues in Quebec. What about applying for citizenship. Will it be a problem when I apply for citizenship given that my PR is FSW and not QSW?
