Hi All

My wife is pregnant and we are planning to apply for super visa for my Mother in Law. Have the below questions and your feedback would be very helpful

1. Can taking care of my wife during pregnancy stated as a reason in the invitation letter? Because seeing in many threads that pregnancy is not a good reason to mention
If I cannot mention about my wife's pregnancy what would be an alternative option to state in the invitation letter

2. And can I mention the stay as less than 6 months and still apply for super visa ? I worry they might reject and ask to apply for a tourist visa instead

Thanks in advance !!!

1. Do not say they are coming to take care of someone. IRCC can view this as working which they are not allowed to do as visitors. You can say they are coming to meet their new grandchild and/or be here for the birth. But stay away from any words such as taking care of or helping or anything like that.
2. Yes, you can mention less than six months.
