Can PR be picked up in another visa office other than one applied to?

I apologize if this is covered somewhere else. My husband and I are currently living in South Korea and our visa office is in Vienna. When the time comes to send in his passport to Vienna is it possible for it to be stamped at any other Canadian Embassy? We don't feel comfortable mailing it and can't just get up and go to get it stamped in Vienna due to work obligations. Does anyone have any experience with this?

You can always ask, but in most cases CIC will demand you mail it to the visa office processing the application. So you should prepare to mail in to Vienna.
