Can PR apply to be student?

My wife just got visa and COPR
Can she apply to be student
She wants to go back to school because with her diploma it will be hard to got a job in her field

I did sponsor her i know she cant get welfare but can she go to scholl and i will pay for that?

You or your spouse can pay for school. She could qualify for student loans to cover school as well.
