If we get PPR letter can we submit in different country VAC center or is it necessary to be submitted where application submit.
Btw its online TRV application.

I got PPR 3 days ago and I've emailed a couple times with no answer.

I'm only being given 15 days and I'm in the middle of a situation. I'm a resident of Panama and I submitted my biometrics there a while back.

A. Im in the US right now for a long trip. Can I submit my passport, photos and copy of PPR email within the US and receive COPR while here?
