Can pnp certificate be used for bowp?

Hey guys,
I have an ITA to apply for permanent residence after receiving Ontario human capital pnp.
My work permit expired in July, after I received aor from Ontario but before I received my nomination. I applied for a work permit extension and am currently on implied status.I didn't attach my pnp aor with my application.I will be sending my pr application in the next few days.I want to attach my aor from pr application using a CSE but don't think the R10 check would be completed in time.I'm reading different answers about whether a pnp nomination can be used to apply for a work permit extension.Can anyone here advise me if i should send my nomination letter in a CSE or should I wait until I submit my pr application and send my aor in a CSE?

PNP nomination alone cannot be used for BOWP.
CIC clearly states that the applicant must apply for PR first. Read the rules.

You can go ahead and apply for the BOWP with the AOR you will get in the next few days. Some people have reported success in doing so.
