Can PCC be submitted later on ?

Do I need to send PCC with my completed application, or can I send it afterwords ?
I am facing some problems in getting my PCC and it will be delayed by another 30 days.
What is the suggestion from seniors, Should I wait for my PCC from India or should I send it afterwords.
I am applying for NOC 2131 which is filling up fast.
Please suggest

No - you don't need to send the PCCs with the original application. Yes - they can be sent later when CIC requests them.
