My family has a pending PR application since last October. Since we aren't sure of the outcome, can one spouse make the application with the hope that once approved the other spouse can process his. We hold another ITA that will expire next week and we don't want to spend too much money (for application as a couple).
Are there any implications? We are both in Canada - other spouse has up to 3 years Postgraduation Work Permit.
