My spouse got a job offer from an employer who obtained an LMIA for the position.
This was used to assess her and qualified her as eligible for provincial nomination.
Her MPNP nomination letter referenced the job, but stated no restriction on employment.
Can she apply for a bridging open work permit to work with any other employer or
does she have to wait till the validity period of the LMIA expires, which is June 2017, before applying for a BOWP?
