If I am physician and currently a scientist, but my job responsibilities is similiar to my expertise/speciality, can I use my physician NOC code, if my job responsibilities through my employer show that my reseearch role was involved with my speciality work roles, though my title is a scientist?

Your NOC is based on your job responsibilities, not title or profession.
