If you cannot login, you need to contact CIC. They seem to think it's working.
 
I have been reading other threads on this same problem. Seems some members were able to get back in and found that their status has changed i.e received visa's or PR. But also have read that others were able to log back in and seen no status change. It also happened to members in 2012.
I myself have not been able to login since Wednesday. My husband had his interview Monday so I'm hoping they are updating our status for his visa/pr.

really?? maybe my status has update how can i tell i cant login since yesterday!!!! damm who can i contact?????? i get the same messege

You just have to wait it out and see what happens. CIC will continue doing whatever it is they are doing on Monday. I have tried contacting the webmaster but the link is no longer working. You can try giving CIC a call on Monday...but i have read on the other threads members had called cic were just told that they are working on it.
So all we can do is wait.
 
CIC is synonymous to waiting. All we do is wait and wait and then wait some more. Now we can't even have the high of checking the application status (which almost all of us do daily)!!!

Yes call CIC, because they think it's working just fine.
 
I call cic this morning and they don't know yes when the website will be done. :-\

LOL they live in a different world ;) for us it didn't work for 2 weeks and still doesn't; i would like to see one of these days "decision made" but if it's not meant to be it's not meant to be
 
Which stage of the process are you in? Sometimes, if they have made a final decision on your application, you can no longer access ecas.

@ senorita bella, I am on my primary stage. means, when last time i have checked ecas, it's say's , in process. I am waiting from couple of years to hear from them. but still waiting.
