I am a LMIA based closed work permit holder and my husband is an open work permit holder. We applied for the visa together and plan to travel to Canada next month. We both have the approval letters for work permit.
My question is that if my husband needs a travel exemption. I understand he will need an exemption if I arrive Canada first and he joins me later. But my case is we are going to take the same flight to Canada.
