Hi guys I really need your help!
I am applying for the FSWP as principal applicant and my husband is the spouse.
I am really worrying about the cap so I think maybe my husband could apply for another NOC code as
principal applicant at the same time, adding me as the spouse.....
But in this case, we are both the pricipal applicants and spouses....is it ok?
Dose anyone have same experience?

Hey mayER,

in my humble opinion there's no reason why a spouse cannot apply himself/herself as a principal applicant.

If your husband is elegible and you can gather another package of supporting documents you should definitely go for it.

The worst thing which may happen is that you'll have to pay processing fees twice ;)

I second arika point and yes your fees will be charged twice. So it's totally your choice but it's worth a try:)
