I am an international student , came to canada on 12th sep,2013. and my husband applied for TRV on 27th sep,2013 and got rejected. So now he wants to apply Open work permit (within 10 days of rejection) . please suggest me can he do it immediately? And what the documents required for Open work permit?. Please guide me

u must have applied for TRV along with ur student visa application

if u didnt - come over first - finish a semesteer and sponsor her on trv

owp - is 90% reject - 10& success - only specific profiled candidates that can help economy are approved

wts ur wife's profession - skill area ?
