Can my husband apply for a spouse work permit if I am self-employed?

Hello,

All offered help from you guys will be appreciated!

I was just certified as an insurance broker and contract with an agent company. However, insurance broker is a self-employed job. I don't think I can provide a three-month pay stub as required by IRCC, but I think I can provide my self-employed income statements and my contract. In this situation, can I still sponsor my husband to apply for a spouse work permit?

Thanks!

Hey!

to apply for ur husband’s spouse work permit u must have a noc b job if insurance broker falls in that category than u can apply. Also the success of file depends on variety of other factors like ur husband’s job, ur relationship’s length and genuinity.
