Hi! I'm not sure this is the correct thread so apologies if not.

I'm Irish on IEC for 2 years. I have 1 more year until it expires.
I work in cabinetry and my boss says shes more than happy to sponsor me to stay here. Is that possible? Whats the first step?

You would need your employer to look at the LMIA process which will cost them 1000 CAN and require them to advertise the job for 3-4 months tio ensure no resident available.

Have you looked at a PR application based on your Canadian experience given cabinetmaker is a skilled class B job ?
