Can Multiple application possible?

Hi All,

Currently I'm a Student Permit from a private college. I realized past 4-5 months that PGWP is not possible under private college. I have a question if some one can help me based on their past experience.

I got my PR invitation. So my concern is: Is this possible that I can apply for my PGWP application now (just to try and buy some time) and in next month once I submit my PR profile documents, based on that I'm thinking to apply for a Open work permit. So multiple application for a work permit (I think it's kind of a same field stream - one with PGWP and other is based on PR document) is possible ?

Any suggestion/advice would be great.

1. Your PGWP will be rejected.
2. Your implied status would be under the current visa which is student visa
3. If I am not mistaken you can get BOWP only if you already have some other WP which you do not have.
4. Nobody can tell if your application will be approved in 3 or 24 months.

But you can still restore your status as a visitor or you can return to your country.
