Can LLB degree holder who has worked as legal administrative assistant fly with NOC 1242 under SINP

Can LLB degree holder who has performed the job description of legal administrative assistant apply with NOC 1242 ( Legal Administrative Assistant) under SINP.

Someone told me it will be rejected. I just want to confirm to enable me make up my mind

It most likely will be rejected. SINP has strict rules that your education must match your NOC. Your “real” NOC (lawyer) is ineligble for SINP so officers know that applicants will submit under 1242 which requires only college eduction (diploma).
