can i work full time if i am on break and unfortunately if i failed one course.

I have an issue, I came here in dec-2017 for my postgraduate course, but unfortunately i failed in one course in my 2nd semester (last semester). My next course will be starting in January-2019, so my question is, am I allowed to work for full time during my break period i.e., from OCT-DEC 2018. As i planned to reappear in my failed course in Jan-2019 with my next course, its just one course so i can manage it. So please help me out here to figure out what to do, please reply soon.

It's not a scheduled break. So no - you cannot work.
