can I visit India before husband applies under CEC

Hi all,
My husband is planning to apply for PR under CEC in Dec 2019, when he will complete a year of his job. Although he is planning to stay here till that time and more, I was wondering if I and kids could visit India meanwhile for a month or two? We would be applying as a family or together.

If you have and your kids have a valid TRV, then yes, you can. CEC applicants don't need to worry about having to stay in the country while the application is being processed.

Thank you but just to re-confirm, we have not applied for CEC yet, we will in December 2019, And my husband is not planning to travel with us.

I and kids, do have a valid TRV on the other hand.
