Can I use my father's pay roll as financial proof

I have to prove 10k CAD as tuition fee. My supervisor has also told me that he will nominate me for a Fellowship Scholarship which would pay me my whole tuition fee but I cant wait for that. My father is a government BPS-19 Officer and has income above 1 lac PKR or 1333CAD per month.
If I attach his bank statement for one year and attach a affidavit letter that he will support me with this income , would that work or not ?

Can I ONLY use his income as a proof ?

Yes you can use your father's payroll as financial proof, but it would not satisfy vo.

1. you can summit your father's bank balance and pay stub, but how he can support you in Canada while he support his family in home country.
:VO may question about that

2. is scholarship guaranteed or you have a chance to get it?
if you are guaranteed then you can get a official letter from scholarship committee include specific amount you would receive.

3. pre pay tuition would be helpful.

otherwise, afraid you would not have enough financial support now.
