Each visa office has specific rules so read the instructions they sent you. D

I don't understand the second part "unless it is a corporate a/c" if you mean corporate account, you can sign up with FedEx to get an account number if you need it and have it charge to your credit card. However, check first whether your visa office works with FedEx or not.

They have given standard instructions if we are using usps.On the bottom they have mentioned that "Unless it is prepaid from corporate account,we will not return your documents using ANY courier services(Fedex,UPS,DHL)

Some visa offices (e.g., Seattle) won't use certain couriers so double check for that. Once you do, if there's no exclusion, you can get an account number ... eg for FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/fcl/web/jsp/contactInfo1.jsp?appName=oadr&locale=us_en and use it to create a pre-paid label.
