Dear Friends,

As part of the PR process, once we receive ITA , we need to upload certain documents such as job reference letter, pay stubs etc.

Can you please let me know if we can submit USD paystubs, as I was working in Canada from August 2016-October 2017 on US Payroll.

Thanks

We don't submit paystub if CIC don't request it. You only need ref letter, and for CEC T4 and NOTA as extra.

However, even if you have to submit US paystub, it's still ok.

If you read the instructions, no where does it say that paystubs are mandatory. You do NOT need paystubs.

If you were working in Canada, CRA tax documents are expected. You can provide your Notice of Assessment. You can also provide your W2 (US equivalent of the T4).

Note that your letter of employment from your Canadian manager/supervisor should confirm these payment arrangements.
