I am also applying PR for my Spouse. However, I don't have my spousal birth certificate but rather i've got NON-AVAILABILITY certificate for my spouse which tells the whole details for not registered and also includes the birth date, parents name, etc.. Is it ok to just include this certificate with attestation, seal and govt officer signature for birth certificate substitution ? Thanks
